Unidos United is a 100% locally led organization building power for Tribal, Latino, rural and working-class communities in Central Washington.

We are rooted in Central WA where our communities make up the majority but too often are left out of decision-making and leadership.

We believe real change starts with people. That’s why our work centers on listening, organizing, and building relationships that last beyond any single election.

We focus on civic engagement, leadership development, and increasing participation by empowering our communities to vote, lead, and shape the future together.

Unidos United brings together local leaders, organizations, and community members to build long-term, community-driven power. Our goal is simple: to ensure that the people most impacted by decisions have a real voice in shaping them.
